Client Success & Operations Coordinator (Phone Sales Experience Required)

At Mile High Standard Cleaning, we're looking for a highly organized and personable Client Success & Operations Coordinator to help manage day-to-day operations while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

This is NOT an entry-level customer service position. The ideal candidate has proven phone sales experience and is confident building rapport, handling objections, and converting leads into booked appointments.

Primary Responsibilities

-Answer inbound phone calls, texts, emails, and online inquiries.
-Convert leads into booked appointments through effective phone communication.
-Build trust with prospective clients and confidently overcome objections.
-Provide accurate estimates and explain our services.
-Schedule appointments and coordinate cleaning technicians.
-Confirm upcoming appointments and follow up with clients.
-Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
-Communicate with cleaning technicians regarding schedules and job updates.
-Maintain CRM records and ensure accurate client information.
-Assist with daily operations and administrative tasks to keep the business running smoothly.

Required Qualifications

-2+ years of phone sales or inside sales experience (REQUIRED).
-Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
-Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
-Comfortable handling objections and closing sales over the phone.
-Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
-Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
-Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet home office.
-Experience with CRM systems, scheduling software, or customer service platforms is preferred.
-Prior experience in the home services industry is a plus but not required.

Compensation
$6–$10 USD per hour (depending on experience) + Performance Bonuses
Additional performance incentives are available based on booking conversions, customer satisfaction, and overall performance.

Hours
40 hours per week
Monday–Friday with occasional Saturday availability as needed.
