ABOUT THE ROLE
StoryboardArt trains storyboard artists to get hired by major studios. We already have a copywriter, video editor, and tech support. We need a marketing operator who loves systems and AI tools to run the engine.
Your job: turn our videos, webinars, and student wins into consistent content and simple funnels using AI, and keep the marketing machine moving every week.
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Build and manage a simple content calendar (YouTube, shorts,
-Take long-form content (webinars, lessons) and, using AI, turn it into:
--Video titles, hooks, descriptions
--Shorts ideas and rough scripts

-Coordinate with:
--Video editor (for final cuts / shorts)
--Copywriter (for polishing copy)
--Tech (for landing pages, tags, basic automations)
-Maintain a weekly marketing checklist so nothing falls through the cracks.
-Track basic metrics (views, watch time, clicks, booked calls) and report weekly.
-Document all AI workflows (prompts, checklists, Looms) so they can be repeated.
MUST-HAVE SKILLS
-2+ years in digital marketing / content ops (agency or info/education a plus).
-Hands-on with AI tools: ChatGPT/Claude/ VSCode (or similar) for content, plus at least one of: Descript, Opus, Pictory, VEED, or CapCut.
-Strong written English and attention to detail.
-Comfortable managing tasks in tools like Asana / Trello / ClickUp / Notion.
-Proven examples of:
--Turning long-form content into multi-platform pieces, and
--Hitting deadlines without hand-holding.
--Experience with Meta / YouTube ads asset prep.

ROLE DETAILS
-Location: Remote
-Hours: Full-time (40 hrs/week) with at least 4 hours overlap with US Pacific.
-Compensation: $1,500–$2,000 USD/month depending on experience.
-Type: Long-term role (not project-based, not agency).
