Realistic AI Avatar & Image-to-Video Specialist

I am a real estate agent seeking a reliable part-time AI specialist to help create engaging YouTube and social media videos using realistic AI avatars and image-to-video technology.

Responsibilities:

• Create realistic talking avatars using my photos, likeness, and voice.
• Transform images into dynamic video scenes with motion, camera movement, and cinematic visuals rather than simple slideshows.
• Create AI voiceovers and voice cloning when required.
• Edit and optimize videos for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Research and test affordable AI tools and workflows that deliver high-quality results at low cost.

Requirements:

• Experience creating realistic AI avatars with natural lip sync and facial expressions.
• Experience with image-to-video generation and dynamic scene creation.
• Experience with voice cloning and AI voiceover tools.
• Experience with Google Flow or similar affordable AI video tools.
• Experience with CapCut or similar video editing software.
• Familiarity with Claude, and AI productivity tools.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Position Details:

• Part-time position.
• Up to 10 hours per week.
• Flexible schedule.
• Compensation: $5 USD/hour.
