ABOUT THE ROLE
We are a content agency and education company. We have a steady flow of warm, inbound calls from people who already applied and want what we sell. Your job is to take those calls and close them. You are not cold calling and you are not chasing dead leads. You talk to people who raised their hand, and you help the right ones buy.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Take scheduled sales calls with warm, inbound prospects (US-based).
Run our proven sales process and close deals.
Follow up with prospects who did not buy on the first call.
Track your calls, closes, and follow-ups, and report your numbers daily.
Join a quick team huddle each morning.
PAY
$1,000 USD per month base, paid on the 5th and 20th via Wise, plus commission on every deal you close. We will walk you through the commission structure in the interview. Strong closers in this seat earn well above the base, and your commission is uncapped, so the better you close, the more you make.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Proven high-ticket closing experience. This is not an entry-level role.
Excellent, confident, persuasive English. You will be on the phone with US business owners.
Hungry, coachable, and motivated to hit a number.
Reliable full-time availability during US business hours.
Comfortable being held accountable to your numbers.
