People Operations & Talent Acquisition Manager (Philippines)
Philippines (Remote)
Full-Time
US Pacific Time Schedule

About Arboreal Management & Tagumpay

Arboreal Management is a rapidly growing affordable housing developer and property management company based in Seattle, Washington. Our mission is simple: provide below-market rents for residents while delivering above-market returns for investors.

Over the past four years, we have approximately doubled in size each year. Today we manage more than 8,000 apartment homes across Seattle, Tacoma, and Portland and employ a growing team across the United States and the Philippines. We have 230 employees in the US and Philippines.

A key part of our success is Tagumpay, our Philippines-based operations organization. What began as a small team has grown into a group of more than 20 talented professionals supporting resident communications, leasing, administration, marketing, and business operations.

We expect our Philippines organization to continue growing significantly in the years ahead and view Tagumpay as a permanent and strategic part of our company.

We invest heavily in our Philippines team through leadership development, technology, training, and opportunities for advancement. Several of our leaders began in frontline roles and have grown alongside the company.

We are now looking for a People Operations & Recruiting Coordinator to help us build the next chapter of that growth. This is a hands-on leadership role. While the position is expected to grow into managing additional recruiting and people operations team members, the successful candidate will initially execute many recruiting and HR processes directly while helping build the foundation for a larger function.

The Opportunity

This is not a traditional HR coordinator position.

You will play a central role in helping us attract, hire, onboard, and support the talented people who power our business. You will work closely with operational leaders in both the United States and the Philippines and help establish scalable people processes for a fast-growing international organization.

The right candidate is organized, proactive, professional, and genuinely enjoys helping people succeed. You should be equally comfortable interviewing candidates, coordinating onboarding, supporting employees, and improving internal processes.

This role reports to our future US-based HR leader and will be one of the foundational members of our People Operations function.

As our Philippines team continues to grow, we expect opportunities for advancement into senior recruiting, HR, and people leadership positions.
