This is a FULL TIME (40 hours per week ; 8 hours per day), remote position based on PST hours (Pacific Standard Time) of 6/7am-2/3pm (overnight in Philippines). We love our present team and have been blessed with remarkable staff members both in the Philippines as well as in the U.S. and hope to expand our team as our needs are growing daily. We seek individuals who are kind, honest and pleasant to work with. A quiet work environment is required for this position. Good internet speeds will also be important for this role.

About the Role
We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and precise individual to join our team as an Excel Data Specialist. This role is critical for maintaining accurate records in our fast paced environment.

If you take pride in getting every detail right, double-check your work, and hate errors, this could be a great fit. We don’t need an Excel expert or programmer — we need someone who is meticulous, reliable, and consistently delivers extremely accurate data entry and organization.

Key Responsibilities

Perform accurate and high-volume data entry into Excel spreadsheets.

Maintain and update detailed tracking sheets.

Review and reconcile data for discrepancies, missing information, or inconsistencies.

Import/export and organize data from CSVs, PDFs, and other sources while preserving accuracy.

Support month-end processes, reporting prep, and basic data validation.

Create clean, well-organized spreadsheets that are easy for the team to use.

Work closely with accounting and operations tea ---------- mbers to ensure data integrity.

What We’re Looking For

Strong attention to detail and a genuine commitment to extreme precision in data entry.

Solid working knowledge of Excel (formulas, filters, sorting, data validation, find/replace, etc.). Advanced skills are a plus but not required.

Previous experience with high-accuracy data entry or record-keeping (accounting, inventory, logistics, or similar).

Ability to stay focused and organized while handling repetitive tasks with large volumes of data.

Reliability, honesty, and a proactive mindset — you notice when something looks off and fix it.

Comfort working in a collaborative team environment.

No degree required. We care far more about your careful work habits and accuracy.

Please submit your resume and tell me about yourself and why you think you would be a good fit.
