Personal Injury Paralegal

Personal injury solo attorney seeking a paralegal to provide legal support in all aspects of cases - from inception to conclusion. We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and empathetic person to help manage cases in litigation.

You are expected to wear many hats. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can confidently handle client communications, draft legal documents, review/analyze medical records/bills/liens, coordinate with other staff, and keep the firm running smoothly without needing constant supervision.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Tech-savvy and proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Knowledgeable (or fast learner) with case management, messaging, etc. software (FileVine, Google Drive, Slack, Googe Meets, etc.)
- Independence - a problem-solver who thrives in an autonomous environment and takes pride in absolute accuracy
- Communication - strong written and verbal communication skills, with a compassionate approach to clients navigating difficult times
- Organization: exceptional organizational and time-management skills; ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
