Etsy Specialist (Real Estate Digital Products)

I run an established Etsy shop selling done-for-you marketing templates for real estate agents. 150+ listings, a 4.9 rating, and listings that already convert above the Etsy average. I am looking for someone to grow it.

The honest situation: my conversion is strong, but my traffic has been slipping. I need someone who can turn that around and grow revenue.

What you would do:
* Recover and grow traffic through Etsy SEO and Pinterest
* Rebuild Pinterest into a steady traffic driver
* Lift average order value with smart bundles
* Research new products and trends to add
* Run light Etsy Ads and send me a simple monthly report

Who I am looking for:
* Experience growing an Etsy shop, digital products a plus
* Knows Etsy SEO and Pinterest marketing well
* Self-directed and reliable, takes work off my plate
* Comfortable reading shop analytics and acting on them

Details: part-time, about 10 to 12 hours a week, $5-$7/hour, with performance bonus potential as the shop grows.
