Responsibilities:
The main job function is to generate new business for Prime Outsourcing by bringing in new customers and finding new prospects with good revenue potentials and develop partnerships for the company
-B2B lead generation, sales prospecting,
-Cold calling to overseas companies in behalf of Prime Outsourcing
-Generate new sales by bringing in new customers and finding new prospects with good revenue potentials.
-Capable of developing, executing and following an effective sales strategy
-Able to identify and communicate with the decision maker
-Deliver results by closing new business leads
-Able to engage management decision makers at any level
Requirements:
-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree of any related field.
-Sales experience is an advantage.
-At least 1 year experience in the BPO industry is required for this position.
-Excellent telephone and written communication skills
-Experience making B2B phone sales to English speaking clients
-Professional upbeat telephone voice, strong probing skills, persistent
-Proven track record in cold calling, selling, sales prospecting
-Self-starter, self-motivated, adaptable, needing minimal supervision.
-Sales-oriented, positive, team-player, energetic and enthusiastic.
-Basic computer skills in MS Word, Excel, business correspondence,
-Not more than 25 yrs old
-Fresh Graduates willing to undergo paid training can apply.
-Can work on morning 7AM-4PM or night 9PM-6AM shift
-Willing to work in Mandaluyong City, Philippines
