Sales Ops & Marketing Enablement Specialist
The Role:
This is a new role sitting at the intersection of marketing and sales - and it’s a pivotal one. You’ll be the person who makes sure the sales team is always equipped, organised, and ready: the right decks, the right collateral, the right data, and a HubSpot instance that actually works the way it should.
You’ll own HubSpot day-to-day, keep our sales content sharp and up to date, support RFPs and pitch decks, and use data and AI tools to drive efficiency across the board. You’ll work closely with sales, marketing, and product - and you won’t be shy about holding people to the standards that keep everything running smoothly.
If you love bringing order to chaos, get satisfaction from making teams more effective, and enjoy the mix of analytical thinking with creative output, this role was built for you.
What You’ll Do…
1. HubSpot Ownership & CRM Administration:
Own and administer HubSpot day-to-day
Build and maintain workflows, automations, and pipelines
Enforce CRM hygiene and hold colleagues accountable to agreed processes
Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track pipeline and campaign performance
Carry out lead enrichment to support targeted outreach
2. Data, Analytics & Tracking
Build HubSpot reporting that connects marketing activity to sales outcomes
Use AI tools (such as Claude & Chat GPT) to accelerate analysis and reach desired data outcomes
Maintain tracking across Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics
3. Sales Collateral & Content Management
Manage the sales content library
Support personalisation of collateral for specific prospects or verticals
Keep materials current, accurate, and on-brand
4. Decks & Presentations
Create and maintain pitch decks, RFP responses, and product update presentations (Using ChatGPT)
Refresh existing decks regularly to reflect current messaging and design standards
Bring a strong design eye to every presentation
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
Hands-on HubSpot experience - you know your way around Sales Hub and Marketing Hub, and you’re comfortable getting into the detail
Demonstrated ability to build HubSpot workflows, automations, and reports - not just use them
Analytical mindset - you’re comfortable with data, like digging into numbers, and can turn findings into clear outputs
Proficiency with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager - you can identify tracking issues and know how to fix them
Confident communicator who’s comfortable holding colleagues accountable in a professional, constructive way
Strong organisational skills - you can manage multiple workstreams, prioritise well, and keep things tidy
Experience creating or maintaining sales or marketing collateral and presentations
Comfortable using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) to improve efficiency and output quality
Excellent written English - you can write clean, clear copy and spot when something doesn’t sound right
Based across the UK/Europe & USA East Coast, and comfortable working UK / US East Coast business hours
Highly Desirable
Experience with B2B SaaS or technology businesses
A flair for visual design, particularly in presentation tools (Google Slides, PowerPoint)
The Kind of Person You Are
We’re not just hiring for skills - we’re hiring for character. The person who will thrive in this role is someone who:

Gets genuine satisfaction from making other people’s jobs easier
Has high standards for their own work and for the tools and processes they manage
Is proactive, curious, and always looking for a smarter way to do things
Can balance attention to detail with the ability to move quickly
Communicates clearly and directly, including when something isn’t right
