About Us

We are a growing Shopify ecommerce brand looking for a reliable, proactive tea ---------- mber to manage our email marketing and social media presence. We are seeking someone who can take ownership of these channels, generate ideas, and help drive sales and customer engagement.

Responsibilities


Email Marketing (Klaviyo)

Create and schedule weekly email campaigns
Write compelling promotional and newsletter emails
Manage and optimize email flows:
Welcome Series
Abandoned Cart
Browse Abandonment
Post-Purchase
Win-Back Campaigns
Segment customer lists
Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements
Increase email-generated revenue

Social Media (Facebook & Instagram)

Create and schedule content
Write captions and promotional posts
Post consistently on Facebook and Instagram
Repurpose product photos, customer content, and videos
Engage with followers and respond to comments/messages when needed
Monitor performance and recommend growth strategies

Requirements

Experience with Shopify ecommerce brands
Experience using Klaviyo
Experience managing Facebook and Instagram business accounts
Strong written English
Ability to create basic graphics using Canva
Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
Able to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred

Experience with Meta Ads
Experience creating short-form video content/Reels
Experience using ChatGPT and AI tools
Experience growing ecommerce brands
