EyeFly Digital is a marketing company that runs lead-generation and advertising for our clients. We manage a portfolio of sub-accounts and ad campaigns, each with its own AI-powered systems, tracking, and CRM connections. We're looking for a hands-on technical problem-solver to keep all of it running smoothly.

The Role

You'll be the technical backbone behind our client systems. The core of the job is supporting the AI bots built in GoHighLevel (GHL) that run across each of our sub-accounts and ad campaigns — keeping them working, troubleshooting them when something breaks, and improving them over time. You'll also own the plumbing that connects our incoming leads to our clients' CRMs.

This is a role for someone who's genuinely comfortable in the weeds of automation tools, enjoys figuring out why something stopped working, and can fix it without a lot of hand-holding.

What You'll Do

Provide ongoing tech support for GHL AI bots set up across our sub-accounts and ad campaigns
Diagnose and fix issues quickly when automations, workflows, or integrations break
Track and monitor data across campaigns, and make sure events and conversions are firing correctly
Connect our leads to clients' CRMs using tools like Jotform, Zapier, native integrations, or whatever the client's system requires

Build and maintain automations and workflows that keep lead flow reliable end-to-end
Test new setups before they go live and document how things are configured

What You Need

Strong hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) — workflows, sub-accounts, and AI bot setup

Solid experience with AI tools and a real interest in applying them to automation

Comfort with integration platforms such as Zapier and Jotform, and the ability to learn whatever CRM or tool a client uses

General technical fluency — you can troubleshoot, follow data through a system, and fix what's broken

Fluent English, written and verbal

A self-directed work style — you can take a problem and run with it

Nice to Have

Experience supporting a marketing or advertising agency environment
Familiarity with Meta/Facebook ad tracking, pixels, and conversion data
Experience working across multiple client accounts at once
