Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Graphic Design Production Specialist to support our marketing and creative team. This role is focused on production design, execution, and asset creation rather than brand strategy or high-level creative direction.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, fast, accurate, and skilled at taking existing brand standards, templates, and creative concepts and turning them into polished, production-ready marketing materials. This position is ideal for a virtual assistant with strong graphic design capabilities and experience supporting marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
-Create and update marketing collateral using established brand guidelines.
-Resize and adapt creative assets across multiple formats and channels.
-Produce digital and print-ready files with attention to accuracy and quality control.
-Prepare artwork for social media,
-Maintain consistency across all brand assets.
Marketing Asset Development:
-Design social media graphics from provided content and creative direction.
-Create presentation decks, one-pagers, brochures, flyers, case studies, and sales sheets.
-Develop website graphics, banners, icons, and supporting visual assets.
-Create simple infographics and data visualizations from provided information.
-Format and design lead magnets, guides, eBooks, and downloadable resources.
Content & Digital Support:
-Create graphic assets for blogs, newsletters, and
-Edit and optimize images for web and digital marketing use.
-Support video production by creating thumbnails, title cards, and simple motion graphics when needed.
-Organize and maintain digital asset libraries.
Quality Control:
-Ensure all deliverables meet brand standards.
-Proof layouts for consistency, alignment, formatting, and accuracy.
-Verify proper file sizes, dimensions, and specifications before delivery.
-Meet project deadlines while managing multiple assignments simultaneously.
Required Qualifications:
-2+ years of graphic design or production design experience.
-Strong proficiency in:
-Adobe Photoshop
-Adobe Illustrator
-Adobe InDesign
-Canva
-Experience creating marketing and advertising materials.
-Strong understanding of typography, layout, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
-Excellent attention to detail.
-Ability to follow creative direction and brand guidelines precisely.
-Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
-Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely.
Preferred Qualifications:
-Experience supporting U.S.-based marketing teams.
-Familiarity with:
*Figma
*PowerPoint
*Google Slides
*WordPress
-Basic video editing experience using tools such as Adobe Premiere, CapCut, or Canva Video.
-Understanding of digital marketing and social media best practices.
