KOL Outreach Specialist (Remote, Full-Time)

Mypal is a global payment platform that lets users top up with USDT and spend via Visa card, plus send cross-border remittances. We are looking for 2 full-time remote tea ---------- mbers based in the Philippines to help us find, contact, and manage KOL/creator partnerships (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Telegram, X).

What you will do:
• Research and build lists of KOLs/creators in target markets (SEA, LATAM, MENA, etc.)
• Send outreach emails/DMs using our templates and track replies
• Follow up with interested creators and collect their rates, audience data, and availability
• Coordinate brief sharing, sample scripts, and pre-publish review
• Update our tracking sheet daily (contacts, status, rates, next steps)
• Report weekly on pipeline: contacted / replied / negotiating / closed

Requirements:
• Fluent English (written); Filipino/Tagalog is a plus
• Experience in influencer outreach, affiliate marketing, or BD (crypto/fintech is a plus)
• Comfortable using Google Sheets/Excel, Telegram, and email
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and responsive during PH business hours
• Stable internet and ability to work full-time remotely (40 hrs/week)

Nice to have:
• Experience reaching YouTubers or crypto/finance creators
• Basic understanding of KOL metrics (views, engagement, audience region)
