**Who We Are**
Luminate Productions is a Belgian marketing growth partner for AI-first B2B companies. We help founders who already have a live AI product win their first 1.000 paying customers through smart, AI-driven marketing systems.
We're small, fast, and a little obsessed with doing things properly. You'd be one of our first hires, working directly with the founder. If you love clean systems, sharp research, and watching your work turn into real results (not just a spreadsheet nobody opens), you're going to feel right at home here.

**The Role**
We're looking for a Lead Generation & Research Specialist to build and qualify our list of dream clients. You'll hunt down the right companies, check whether they actually fit our criteria, and enrich each lead with everything we need before we reach out.
This is the engine room of our sales process. Great leads in means great clients out. We need someone precise, curious, and reliable. Someone who would rather hand over 20 perfect leads than 500 random ones and a shrug.
A few practical things:
- Full-time or part-time, depending on the right person
- Long-term role with room to scale into a full lead generation role, including outreach, across Europe and eventually the world. Start with the list, grow into the whole machine.
**What You Will Do**
- Find AI-first B2B companies in Belgium and the Netherlands that match our ideal client profile
- Work inside LinkedIn Sales Navigator to build the list, mark who is a qualified lead, and move them into HubSpot or our list-building sheet
- Qualify each company against a clear scorecard we give you (team size, revenue, industry, and more, all spelled out for you)
- Check each company's financial health on companyweb.be: look at the ARR, the numbers, and whether the company is healthy or waving little red flags
- Enrich each lead: founder name, LinkedIn URL, company website,
- A lot of companies are Dutch-speaking, so now and then you'll need to translate a page or two to check whether they're a real fit (Google Translate is totally fine)
- Keep everything tidy in the spreadsheet or CRM: no duplicates, no missing fields, no chaos
- Flag the strongest-fit leads so the founder knows exactly where to aim first
**Who We Want As Leads (and Who We Really Don't)**
So you know what you're hunting for, here's our dream company:
- AI-first businesses AND IT-automation companies with room to grow beyond their borders, internationally
- Small teams (roughly 1 to 10 people), based in Belgium or the Netherlands
- Funded or with early revenue, run by a founder who isn't afraid to be visible

- Odoo-implementation companies
- Hospitality or staffing businesses
- Companies with no real product yet, or big companies that already have their own marketing team
**About You**
- Excellent written English
- Sharp research skills and the kind of attention to detail where you double-check your own work before anyone asks
- Comfortable with LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Google Sheets, and digging up company info online
- Experience with lead generation, list building, or research for an agency is a BIG plus
- Friendly with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) to move faster, while still checking the facts yourself, because robots get it wrong too
- A self-starter who's reliable, organised, and communicates clearly

3. Add ONE company that looks like a fit but actually isn't, and tell us why not (this is the fun part, and the one that tells us you really get it)
