Video Editor (Adobe Premiere Pro) — Social Media Reels

About the role:
We're a health and wellness brand producing long and short-form video for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other platforms. We're looking for one skilled video editor to turn our raw talking-head footage into polished, scroll-stopping reels with clean captions and subtle, well-chosen b-roll.
This starts at 4 hours per day, with strong potential to grow into full-time work for the right person.

What you'll do:

Edit talking-head videos into engaging reels for Instagram, TikTok and all major platforms
Add subtle, relevant b-roll that supports the speaker without overpowering them
Burn in clean, well-timed captions and on-screen hook text
Deliver consistently high-quality, professional output with a fast turnaround

Requirements:

Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro
Strong experience with b-roll and talking-head editing
Proven track record creating reels for Instagram and TikTok
Excellent English communication
Reliable, flexible, and able to turn work around quickly
Stable, reliable internet connection
Must be based in the Philippines

Nice to have (not essential)

Experience editing medical, health or educational content
