ServiceM8 Setup & Training Specialist — Project Based — Australian HVAC Business

We are an Australian heating and cooling company looking for a highly experienced ServiceM8 specialist to help us properly set up our ServiceM8 system from start to finish.

This is not a general VA role.

We do not need someone to simply manage jobs or do basic admin. We need someone who deeply understands ServiceM8 and can help us build the system correctly, then train the business owner on how to use it properly.

About the business:

We are an Australian HVAC company that installs:

Ducted reverse cycle air conditioning
Multi-split systems
Single split systems
Heat pump hot water systems

We need ServiceM8 set up around our full process, from lead enquiry through to final payment, warranty and follow-up.

Installer job process

Photo and document requirements
Warranty and aftercare process
Review request process
Basic automation where suitable
Training for the owner via Zoom
Loom videos or written notes so we can follow the system later

You must be able to explain things clearly and simply.

This role is project-based, not full-time employment.

There may be future support work available, but the main goal is to set up ServiceM8 properly and teach us how to use it confidently.

Required experience:

Strong ServiceM8 experience
Experience setting up ServiceM8, not just using it
Experience with Australian trade or service businesses preferred
HVAC, electrical, plumbing, solar or maintenance experience preferred
Ability to build templates, forms, checklists and workflows
Good English communication
Able to train live via Zoom
Able to record Loom videos if needed
Reliable and detail-focused
