ROLE OVERVIEW
We're looking for a detail-oriented and commercially minded Ecommerce Specialist to support the day-to-day ecommerce operations of two growing women's fashion brands.

This role plays a key part in bringing products, campaigns and customer experiences to life online. From product launches and merchandising to reporting, marketplace support and site optimisation, you'll work across multiple areas of ecommerce and contribute directly to the performance of the online business.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of ecommerce operations, digital trading and online merchandising while developing broad exposure across a fast-growing fashion retail environment.

WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

Ecommerce Operations
- Manage product uploads and maintenance in Shopify.
- Ensure product information, pricing, sizing, categorisation and imagery are accurate and customer-ready.
- Support seasonal product launches, collection releases and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain website content and presentation across both brands.
- Coordinate website updates and improvements with developers and external partners.
- Assist with merchandising activities to optimise product visibility and customer experience.
- Support cross-functional teams to ensure launches and campaigns are delivered accurately and on time.

Online Merchandising & Trading Support
- Assist with product merchandising and collection management.
- Monitor product presentation, stock availability and site content.
- Support promotional setup, pricing updates and campaign execution.
- Contribute to weekly trading reviews and performance discussions.
- Identify opportunities to improve site presentation and customer experience.

Product Imagery & Content Coordination
- Coordinate with photographers, retouchers and creative suppliers.
- Review imagery against brand guidelines and ecommerce requirements.
- Manage image assets and ensure products are launch-ready.
- Support website creative updates using Canva and related design tools.
- Perform basic image edits and quality checks where required.

Marketplace & Partner Platform Support
- Support product and content management across marketplace and partner channels.
- Ensure product data, imagery, pricing and availability remain accurate.
- Assist with marketplace launches, promotions and product maintenance.
- Conduct quality assurance checks before products go live.

Reporting & Ecommerce Performance
- Prepare weekly ecommerce and trade reporting.
- Monitor key ecommerce metrics and performance trends.
- Assist with reporting, dashboards and presentation materials.
- Review customer behaviour insights, heatmaps and analytics tools.
- Use AI and digital tools to improve workflow efficiency and support decision-making.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
In your first few months, you'll:
- Successfully manage product uploads and launches with minimal errors.
- Maintain high standards across product presentation and site content.
- Support seamless execution of campaigns, promotions and collection launches.
- Deliver accurate and timely reporting for weekly trade reviews.
- Contribute ideas that improve ecommerce operations and customer experience.
- Become a trusted support partner across ecommerce, marketing and operations teams.

IDEAL EXPERIENCE
We're looking for someone who brings:
- 3–5 years' experience in ecommerce coordination, ecommerce administration, online merchandising or a similar role.
- Fashion industry experience.
- Strong Shopify experience.
- Experience managing product uploads, product enrichment and collection launches.
- Excellent attention to detail across product data, pricing, content and imagery.
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills.
- Confidence working across multiple systems and competing deadlines.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Experience with ecommerce reporting and analytics preferred.
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and improve processes.

SYSTEMS & TOOLS
Experience with some or all of the following is advantageous:
- Shopify
- Inventory, POS or ERP systems
- Merchandising and site-search platforms
- Canva
- Adobe Photoshop
- Klaviyo or email marketing platforms
- Google Sheets and reporting tools
- Marketplace and wholesale portals
- Analytics and behaviour tracking platforms
- AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude

CURRENT PRODUCT VOLUME
Current product upload volume is approximately 30–40 products per brand, per month across two women's fashion brands, with increased activity during seasonal launches, promotional periods and online sales events.
