Ebay Lister on UK

I am looking for a person who is interested in helping me to list items with optimized titles and item specifics, for very long term, on ebay UK. No prior experience required as I would give training. I use DSMtool so listing per item is quite fast as the pictures and some of the item specifics are already being scraped. I would give you competitor's seller ID and through a few criterias, you would help me list items. In the beginning, I am willing to pay US$0.15 per item, for 10 items a day. You can do the listing at anytime of the day as long as the number of items are completed. Once 2 weeks probation period is over, I shall increase to 20 items per day. Would this be acceptable for you? If so, can we arrange for a short interview on skype? It would just take 15 minutes.

I am in this business for 1+ year, and you can rest assured I am in for a long time business relationship. If you did well and business is good, I shall increase either per item cost or number of items per day.
