This is not an appointment-setting role. You run the whole thing: build the list, make the calls, demo the product, handle objections, and close the deal. You only call me when you have a genuine clarifying question — otherwise you run the show.
What you'll do (full cycle, end to end):
Build and manage a pipeline of dental practices across the US and Canada
Make outbound cold calls to dentists, office managers, and practice owners
Pitch StockWise's value: real-time inventory tracking, low-stock and expiry alerts, multi-location management, and cost savings on supplies
Run product walkthroughs / demos and answer prospect questions
Get prospects signed up for our 30-day free trial (no credit card required) and follow up to convert them into paying customers
Manage every lead in a CRM and keep the pipeline clean and up to date
Report results weekly; escalate to me only when you need clarification

Target buyers: dental practice owners, office managers, and multi-location dental groups
Must-have requirements:
Proven cold-calling and B2B sales experience — you've closed deals before, not just booked appointments
Excellent spoken English — near-native, fully comfortable on calls with North American buyers
Strong CRM and pipeline management skills — you can run a full sales cycle on your own
Self-starter who needs minimal supervision and takes ownership of results
Reliable computer, headset, and stable high-speed internet
Available full-time during North American business hours
Nice to have:
Experience selling SaaS or to healthcare / dental practices
Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar CRMs
Compensation:
Base: $700–$900/mo (depending on experience), paid via [your method, e.g. Wise]
Commission: $5–$10 per practice that converts to a paid subscription
Performance bonus: +$75 for every 10 paying conversions in a month
Full-time, long-term role with room to grow as we scale
