ABOUT THE ROLE
We're a EU-based direct-to-consumer E-COM business running paid social at scale, and our growth lives and dies by creative.
We're looking for a senior video editor who thinks like a performance marketer and is on top of the latest AI developments.
Beside our team of editors, you will help in the editing pipeline for our Meta ad creative: UGC, VSLs, native-style ads, and rapid hook/variation testing. You'll turn raw footage, AI-generated avatars, and scripts into ads that ship fast and perform, then iterate on the winners.
Moreover, you are an expert in AI UGC and animations.
This is a high-volume, high-velocity seat.
If you love a tight feedback loop and seeing your work tied directly to results, you'll thrive here. If you need a week to deliver one polished edit, this isn't the role.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Edit and ship Meta ad creative at volume: UGC, VSLs, talking-head, and native formats.
Produce multiple hook and angle variations of winning concepts for systematic testing.
Cut for the platform: vertical 9:16, burned-in captions, fast pacing, strong first 3 seconds, mobile-first.
Ffluently with AI tools: AI avatars and lip-sync (HeyGen, Higgsfield, Kling), AI voice (ElevenLabs), and AI-assisted editing/upscaling/footage workflows
Source and assemble B-roll, motion graphics, text overlays, and product shots into clean, native-feeling ads
Maintain visual variation across a batch so ads read as distinct (avoiding duplicate-detection issues on Meta).
Turn briefs and scripts into finished ads with minimal hand-holding, and flag when something won't work before it's built
Keep an organized, well-named file and asset system so winners can be quickly re-cut and scaled
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
3+ years editing short-form video, with real experience editing for Meta /
A portfolio of direct-response ad creative.
Show us ads that were built to sell, ideally with performance context.
Fluent English, both written and spoken.
You'll work from English scripts, write English captions, and communicate clearly with the team daily.
Genuinely current with AI video tools. You experiment with new ones the week they drop, not the year after
Fast turnarounds without babysitting.
You manage your own queue, hit deadlines, and communicate proactively
Proactive and opinionated.
You bring hook ideas, spot what's working in the data, and suggest the next test. You don't wait to be told
NICE TO HAVE
Understanding of direct-response copy and ad structure (hooks, leads, CTAs)
Basic motion graphics / thumbnail / static design
Familiarity with ad testing frameworks and reading basic ad metrics (CTR, hook rate, ROAS)
