Video Content Assembly / Video Editing Specialist

Hello!

We are seeking a Video Content Assembly / Video Editing Specialist to help build and maintain our professional education programs. This role is not focused on creating educational content from scratch. Instead, the successful candidate will assemble, polish, and publish course materials using established workflows and standard operating procedures.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable with modern AI tools, and capable of producing professional educational content efficiently and consistently.

Primary Responsibilities: Course Video Assembly - Using provided materials, assemble professional lesson videos including:
* Synthesia introductions and conclusions
* Gamma-generated presentations
* ElevenLabs voiceovers
* Background music
* Basic motion effects
* Transitions and branding elements
Then: Export completed lesson videos for upload to training course platform.

Presentation Production - Create and refine educational presentations using:
* Gamma
* PowerPoint
* Canva (optional)

Ensure presentations maintain:
* Professional institutional appearance
* Consistent branding
* Clean educational layouts
* Appropriate visual selections

Voiceover Production - Generate voiceovers using ElevenLabs based on provided lesson scripts.
Responsibilities include:
* Selecting appropriate voices
* Reviewing narration quality
* Correcting pronunciation issues
* Exporting final audio files

Video Editing - Using Wondershare Filmora (or equivalent if you're more comfortable)
* Assemble lesson components
* Add subtle camera movement and transitions
* Synchronize narration with slides
* Maintain branding consistency
* Export final lesson videos

No advanced motion graphics experience required.

Course Management - Responsibilities may include:
* Uploading lesson videos
* Organizing modules
* Managing downloadable resources
* Maintaining course structure

Required Skills:
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent organizational skills
* Basic video editing experience
* Comfortable learning AI tools
* Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures
* Ability to work independently

Preferred Experience - Experience with any of the following is beneficial:
* Filmora
* Canva
* Gamma
* ElevenLabs
* Synthesia
* Kajabi
* Online course production
* Educational content creation

Success Metrics - The successful candidate will be measured on:
* Consistency of lesson production
* Attention to detail
* Turnaround time
* Quality control
* Adherence to ICTDP branding standards
* Ability to follow documented workflows

What This Role Is Not - This is not:
* A graphic designer role
* A curriculum development role
* A professional videographer role
* A social media content creator role

The primary responsibility is assembling high-quality educational content using existing systems and processes. But your individual talent and eye for video production design will be highly desirable.

Compensation - Compensation will be weekly salary and based on experience, skill level, and availability. This will not be project based as you'll be working on several projects.
