Our Client is growing, and we are on the lookout for a passionate Helpdesk Consultant to join our team in Norwood, SA! If you have a knack for problem-solving, love delivering exceptional customer service, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

The Purpose of this Role:

To deliver responsive and customer centric support by resolving technical issues, troubleshooting product related enquiries, and escalating complex cases to Engineering. This role ensures timely resolution of support tickets while maintaining a high standard of customer experience.

Requirements/Credentials of an Ideal Candidate:

* 2-4 years in a customer support, help desk, or technical support role (SaaS or healthcare software experience highly regarded)
* Demonstrated experience resolving technical issues in a structured ticketing system (Salesforce and Jira)
* Proven ability to deliver high quality customer service in a fast paced environment
* Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills, with the ability to think logically and calmly under pressure
* Excellent communication skills – able to explain technical issues in simple, customer friendly language
* Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tickets simultaneously
* Customer first mindset with a strong sense of accountability and ownership

What you'll be doing:

* Promptly respond to and resolve incoming support requests from clients via phone, email and ticketing system
* Diagnose and troubleshoot wide range of issues, providing first-line support and escalating complex problems as needed
* Document all support activities and maintain accurate records in our ticketing system
* Foster positive interactions to build trust and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
* Prioritize and manage multiple tickets to meet service-level agreements (SLAs).
* Work closely with other teams like development members to ensure seamless issue resolution and also help in internal software testing.
