JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly creative and commercially minded Performance Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team.

This is not a social media management role.

This role exists to improve marketing performance by developing high-converting advertising creative, messaging and campaigns that reduce our Cost Per Discovery Call and increase qualified patient enquiries.

You will work alongside our PPC agency, designers, content creators and Revenue Operations Manager to continually test and improve campaign performance.

About The Role

You will work closely with our CEO, Revenue Operations Manager, PPC Agency, Designers and Content Creators to develop high-performing marketing campaigns.

You will be responsible for creating the ideas, scripts, hooks and creative concepts that drive our advertising performance.

Your mission is to help us reduce our cost per lead by 25% through better creative strategy and testing.

Responsibilities
Creative Strategy
Develop advertising concepts and campaign ideas
Create new hooks, angles and messaging for Meta advertising
Research customer pain points, objections and motivations
Develop creative testing plans
Script Writing
Write video ad scripts
Write UGC-style content scripts
Create founder-led video concepts
Create practitioner-led video concepts
Develop quiz, webinar and lead magnet promotional content
Content Production
Manage content calendars
Coordinate filming with content creators and actresses
Brief designers on creative requirements
Ensure content is delivered on time to the agency

Performance Analysis
Review advertising performance reports from our PPC agency
Identify winning and losing creative concepts
Recommend new creative tests
Continuously improve campaign messaging

Campaign Support
Support launches, webinars, quizzes and lead magnets
Work closely with our PPC agency to increase campaign performance
Help improve Discovery Call conversion rates through stronger messaging
Direct response marketing
Script writing
Creative strategy
Performance marketing
Meta advertising creative
Understanding of customer psychology
Strong written and verbal English essential


Health, wellness or coaching industry experience
UGC content experience
