JOB OVERVIEW

We're an established Amazon PPC agency (operating since 2016) managing high-spend advertising for 6–8 figure sellers across multiple marketplaces. We're hiring one experienced Amazon PPC specialist to own a portfolio of client accounts full-time.

What you'll own:
- Day-to-day management of high-spend Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns across Amazon's global marketplaces
- Full account audits and the strategic recommendations that come out of them
- Building, restructuring, and scaling campaigns — keyword harvesting, search-term & negation strategy, placement and bid optimization, budget reallocation
- Working directly with international clients and the agency founder, with real autonomy over your accounts

What we offer:
- Starting salary $1,200–$1,500 USD/month (based on experience)
- Performance bonuses tied to client results
- Regular reviews and raises for strong performers
- A clear path to lead accounts and mentor tea ---------- mbers
- Remote work, flexible hours, long-term growth in a scaling agency

What we're looking for:
- 3+ years hands-on Amazon PPC (agency or client-side)
- A track record you can point to: real before/after numbers on ACoS, TACoS, ROAS, and spend scale
- Comfort running audits and presenting actionable recommendations
- Direct, current experience in the Amazon Ads console (bulk operations a plus; DSP/AMC a bonus)
- Strong written English for client-facing work; self-directed and results-driven

How to apply — read carefully:
1. Start your cover letter with "I love PPC!" so we know you read this.
2. Then answer these three, briefly:
- The largest monthly ad spend you've personally managed, and across how many accounts.
- Your typical ACoS/TACoS, plus one concrete before?after result you drove (with numbers).
- One change you'd make in your first week on a new account to cut wasted spend — and why.
3. Attach your resume and, if you have one, a short portfolio or case study.

Applications that skip the three questions won't be reviewed.
