Female Telehealth Sales Representative

Orixa Health is a DNA-driven wellness and medical weight loss concierge that helps clients transform their health through personalized telehealth programs. We're hiring experienced Female Telehealth Sales Representatives who are confident on the phone, have exceptional English communication skills, and preferably have experience selling weight loss or telehealth programs.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with warm leads
- Run consultative discovery calls to understand each prospect's health goals
- Present our program tiers (Starter, Core, VIP Concierge) and match the right plan
- Confirm eligibility and walk clients through payment and onboarding
- Handle objections around price, timing, and fit using proven frameworks
- Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly conversion targets
- Log all call activity and notes accurately in our CRM
- Follow up persistently across calls, SMS, and messaging

REQUIRED:
- Female applicants only
- Minimum of 2 years of sales or customer service experience
- Excellent spoken English with a neutral accent
- Strong communication, listening, and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable speaking with US-based customers over the phone
- Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
- Self-motivated, dependable, and coachable
- Available to work US business hours

STRONGLY PREFERRED:
- Experience in medical weight loss, GLP-1 programs, telehealth, healthcare, wellness, or nutrition sales
- Experience handling high-volume phone calls
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Proven track record in sales, appointment setting, or lead conversion
