JOB OVERVIEW

Looking for an Experience Bookkeeping Assistance to support us with Xero-related admin stask on an REQUIRED BASIS.

Starting immediately.

This is not a full time role, and there may not be tasks every hour or every day. Maybe roughly 10 - 20 hours per week.

However, the sucessful persion must be avaliable and reponsive during

Melbourne Business Hours, 9am - 5pm. Monday - Friday When tasks are required.

Main Task:

- Preparing Quotation & Invoice in Xero
- Bank Reconciliation
- Matching Payments to Invoices
- Keeping Records organised and Accurate.
- General Admin Task

Requirement
- Strong Experience using Xero
- Previous experience with Australian Business preferred.
- High Attention to detail
- Fast and reliable communication.
- Able to work independently without being trained from Scratch.
- Comfortable following existing process and asking questions when things are unclear.

We need someone who already understand Xero, be responsive and also can provide on going support. We are looking for someone long term.
