Appointment Setter (DM Only, US Company, Full-Time)

We are a US marketing company. We help gun shops grow.

We need a full-time DM setter to book calls on our calendar.

This is not a calling job. No phone. Ever.

You work leads over text, email, and Facebook ---------- . You start conversations, follow up, and book qualified calls. The owner takes every call and closes. Your only job is to keep his calendar full.

Most of your leads are warm. People who already raised their hand. Our list, past leads, ad opt-ins, past clients. A little light cold outreach to fill the gaps.

What you will do:

Start conversations daily
Follow up relentlessly
Book qualified calls
Confirm calls, cut no-shows
Keep the CRM clean
Report your numbers daily

Daily targets:

30 new DMs
20 follow-ups
2 qualified calls booked

Who we want:

You have set appointments before
Excellent written English
Fast and natural in a DM
Relentless on follow-up
Organized and self-managed
Comfortable in a CRM

This is not entry level. If you have never booked appointments, this is not the fit.

Schedule:

Full-time, 40 hours per week
US business hours, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time
Monday to Friday

Pay:

Trial, 2 to 4 weeks: $500/month base plus $20 per call that shows
Core: $700/month base plus $25 per show plus $100 per closed client
Elite: $900/month base plus $30 per show plus $150 per closed client, no cap

Most setters at Core earn $1,900 to $2,600 per month. Top performers earn more. You move up on performance, not time.
