About Us
The Wild Love Collective is a women led wedding collective based in regional Queensland, Australia. We create meaningful celebrations centred around connection, community and intentional experiences.

Beyond weddings, we are passionate about supporting rural communities, women in business and building businesses that prioritise people over perfection.

We are looking for a reliable and creative Virtual Assistant with website building experience to help bring ideas to life behind the scenes.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both creative and technical work and is excited by purpose driven brands.
About the Role

We are seeking a detail oriented VA to support primarily with website creation and updates across multiple brands, including wedding, education and community focused businesses.

Initially this role will be project based and part time, with opportunities for ongoing work as our businesses continue to grow.

Key Responsibilities
• Build and update websites (primarily go daddy, studio ninja, ect)
• Create landing pages and sales pages
• Assist with website copy formatting and layout
• Implement SEO basics including page titles, meta descriptions and image optimisation
• Set up and connect forms, automations and workflows
• Ensure websites are mobile responsive and user friendly
• Upload blogs and galleries
• Support occasional digital tasks and systems improvements

Preferred Skills & Experience
Essential:
• Experience building and editing websites
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent written English
• Ability to follow brand guidelines
• Proactive communication and problem solving
• Ability to work independently

Highly Regarded:
• Experience with Pixieset, Showit or WordPress
• Knowledge of SEO best practices
• Experience with email marketing platforms such as Flodesk
• Experience with CRM systems such as Studio Ninja
• Basic graphic design skills using Canva
• Understanding of user experience and conversion optimisation
