Description of the Role:
Blueprint Scaling is a premium web design and online consulting agency, we are hiring appointment setters to cold call US contractors and home service businesses to book qualified demo calls for our founder Justin. You're not closing, just booking qualified meetings. We provide the lead lists, scripts, and training; you bring your own dialer and a strong work ethic.

Compensation (all paid weekly)
$5 per qualified appointment that shows up
10% commission on each closed website project
Earnings grow with performance as we expand

Requirements
~150 calls per day (5 Hours Per Day)
Clear, fluent English with good tone and delivery
Coachable, hardworking, quick learner
Comfortable with Google Sheets/Docs and call-recording tools
Available for weekly team check-ins
Able to use your own US phone number/dialer
Prior B2B sales or cold-calling experience preferred
