Hiring a Creative Video Editor | AI-Savvy | Flexible Hours

Hi there. I'm hiring an experienced, creative video editor to join our team. We teach a trauma recovery method, and we are building digital tools to help people heal. Video is how we reach and teach our community, so this role plays a big part in our growth. You will edit our webinars and turn our footage into polished videos and short clips for social media.

REQUIREMENTS

Proven experience as a video editor
Strong hands-on skills in Adobe Premiere Pro or any similar software
A creative eye, with graphics or motion graphics a big plus
Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude in your daily work
Excellent written English for email and chat
Strong time management and organizational skills
Care and discretion with sensitive content

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Edit webinars and long videos into clean, engaging final cuts
Repurpose footage into short clips for social media, like Reels, Shorts, and TikTok
Add graphics, captions, and light motion graphics
Remove background noise, trim long pauses, and cut repeated phrases for clarity
Maintain consistency with our branding and tone
Help clean up and organize our social media channels
Help maintain and update our Kajabi training site
Use AI tools to speed up tasks like transcribing, captioning, and finding the best clips
Collaborate with our team to ensure high-quality output


ABOUT COMPENSATION

Starts in the range of 8 to 10 USD per hour, depending on experience. We are happy to discuss this with you.
