JOB OVERVIEW

Elastic Email is an all-in-one email delivery platform. We offer an SMTP Relay, robust HTTP API, and a User Interface that has a complete suite of tools and features for managing contacts, templates, campaigns, and reports. We specialize in delivering transactional and marketing email.

We are looking to expand our team with the addition of a Tier 1 Support Staff member in the Philippines.

So, if you are well - organized and reliable person, would like to provide an outgoing support to our users, have an ability to think outside of a box and enjoy solving problems - then you're the one we are looking for!

Requirements:
- own a computer with fast and steady internet connectivity,
- tech skills,
- good command of English (written and spoken).

Former experience in customer service, the internet/network security and passion for technology would be a plus.

This is a full time/part time role and salary would depend on previous experience.
You will be working remotely with our teams located in North America and Europe.
