About the Role
We're a real estate company that resolves messy ownership situations — probate, heirship, and tax-delinquent properties — so deals can close. Your job is to reach the right heirs and owners, build trust fast, and turn a cold lead into a signed agreement.

This is not an entry-level role. We want a seasoned closer who can carry a high-volume phone day, handle sensitive conversations with heirs and families, stay professional under pressure, and consistently hit metrics — someone humble and approachable, but driven to close.

What You'll Do
Make 30–75+ outbound calls a day and hold 20–50 real conversations
Build rapport quickly and guide leads to a signed agreement without being pushy
Read and interpret obituaries and family trees to identify and reach the right point of contact
Log activity and move leads through the pipeline in our CRM (GoHighLevel)
Hit daily and weekly call and conversion metrics

Requirements
1–2+ years of cold-calling experience in outbound sales or customer service
Real estate background required
Strong, personable communicator who connects with people and closes
Self-motivated, focused, goal-driven, and a sharp critical thinker
Proven track record of meeting metrics in a fast-paced environment
Noise-cancelling headset, reliable computer/laptop, and high-speed internet
Able to work Central Standard Time hours

Nice to Have
Probate, heirship, or curative-title experience · Tennessee / Texas county-records familiarity · GoHighLevel (GHL) · manual skip tracing · an Upwork account with reviews

Compensation
$5/hr for 30 hrs/week (~$650/mo base), plus $250 per closed deal. Close just 2 deals a month and you're at roughly $1,150/mo — and there's no cap, so strong closers earn well beyond that.
