Position Overview

We are seeking a driven and personable Bilingual Sales & Intake Specialist fluent in both English and Spanish, with direct experience in a California law firm environment. You will serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients, guiding them through the intake process and converting leads into retained clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound leads for prospective clients in both English and Spanish
- Conduct professional client intake calls and consultations
- Convert leads into retained clients and meet monthly conversion targets
- Manage and update leads, pipelines, and client records in Lawmatics and Clio Manage
- Follow up with prospective clients in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to ensure smooth client onboarding
- Accurately document all client interactions and intake information

Required Qualifications

- Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) — required
- Minimum 2 years of sales or intake experience within a California law firm
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead conversion rates
- Hands-on experience with Lawmatics and Clio Manage
- Strong communication, persuasion, and follow-through skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously
- Reliable internet connection and home office setup for remote work
