Residential Structural CAD Designer

I am hiring a full-time remote Structural Drafter to help me prepare my residential structural drawing sets for U.S. projects.

Main Responsibilities:
Draft foundation and framing plans
Prepare structural details and sections
Apply engineer markups and redlines
Review joist and truss layouts
Coordinate structural and architectural plans
Complete project checklists
Check drawings before submission
Keep CAD files organized
Ask questions when instructions are unclear

Requirements:
At least 3 years of structural drafting experience
U.S. residential project experience
Strong AutoCAD skills
Bluebeam experience
Wood framing knowledge
Experience reading architectural and structural plans
Experience with joist and truss layouts
Familiarity with ICF systems
Comfortable following SOPs and QC checklists

Preferred:
Revit experience
Multi-family or light commercial experience
