We are seeking an enthusiastic, articulate, and results-driven TikTok Live Stream Host & Sales Presenter to join our remote team and drive brand engagement and conversions.

Position Overview
The ideal candidate possesses exceptional English communication skills, high screen presence, and a natural ability to connect with an audience. You will be the face of our brand during live broadcasts, responsible for engaging viewers, demonstrating product value, and converting traffic into real-time sales.

Base Remuneration: Fixed hourly rate of $2.00 USD per hour.

Performance Incentive: 5% commission on gross sales generated during your live broadcasts.

Employment Type: Full-Time, Fully Remote.

???? Key Responsibilities
Live Broadcasting: Host scheduled, high-energy TikTok live streams to demonstrate product features and benefits effectively.

Audience Engagement: Interact with viewers in real-time, handle objections, answer product queries, and build immediate brand trust.

Conversion Optimization: Implement strategic calls-to-action (CTAs) to direct traffic to our TikTok Shop and official website to secure purchases.

Growth Strategy: Collaborate with the content team to brainstorm engaging angles for upcoming streams and maximize viewer retention.

Reporting: Deliver daily performance metrics, highlighting stream reach, engagement rates, and sales outcomes.

????? Professional Requirements
Communication: Native-level or excellent professional proficiency in spoken English, with clear articulation.

Screen Presence: Highly confident, charismatic, and capable of maintaining high energy levels on camera for extended periods.

Sales Acumen: Strong persuasion, presentation, and objection-handling skills within a fast-paced environment.

Technical Infrastructure: A reliable, high-speed internet connection, a high-quality smartphone or webcam setup, and a quiet, well-lit remote workspace.

Experience: Prior experience in TikTok Live, TikTok Shop ecosystem, live-stream selling, telesales, or customer relations is heavily prioritized.

? Preferred & Bonus Skills
Proven track record in digital retail or social commerce sales.

Basic proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Canva).

Familiarity with content optimization using AI productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT).
