Part-Time Grants Researcher & Writer

Firefly Worldwide Inc. ( ---------- ) seeks a motivated, self-directed grant writer to support the advancement of our mission-driven work through diligent grant research, compelling grant application writing, and organized project management to support our team's work on a project basis. In this role, you will help uncover and pursue funding opportunities aligned with our leadership consulting practice's organizational mission. You will build upon our existing brand messaging and program descriptions to help identify and secure grant funding that makes our work possible.

This is a flexible engagement that can fit well into your already-existing schedule. You will join occasional Zoom check-ins during Eastern time zone business hours, but beyond that, you own your time completely. There is strong potential to expand the role over time if grant applications prove successful.

Core responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Research and identify grants that we are well-positioned to win
- Draft applications using our existing resources and brand messaging
- Submit and track applications through to completion
- Keep a clean, organized log of opportunities, deadlines, and statuses
