About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition & People Operations Lead to build and own our internal hiring machine.
This role is responsible for creating the systems, processes, and talent pipelines that allow us to consistently attract, hire, onboard, and retain high-performing tea
You won't be joining a large corporate HR department. You'll be building the foundation of talent acquisition and people operations for a fast-growing company.
We're looking for someone who can create systems, not just follow them.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Build and maintain a proactive hiring roadmap
- Develop sourcing strategies across multiple channels
- Build and manage candidate pipelines
- Create role scorecards and hiring criteria
- Design and improve interview processes
- Manage candidate screening and evaluation
- Implement candidate scoring systems
- Build and maintain a talent bench for future hiring needs
People Operations
- Design and improve onboarding processes
- Create hiring and people operations SOPs
- Track hiring performance metrics
- Produce weekly hiring reports for leadership
- Improve hiring manager accountability and execution
- Reduce dependency on external recruitment agencies
- Systems & Process Development
- Build scalable recruiting workflows
- Create reporting dashboards and candidate trackers
- Develop hiring documentation and templates
- Continuously improve recruiting efficiency and hiring quality
Requirements
Must-Have Experience
- 3+ years in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or People Operations
- Experience hiring across multiple functions
- Experience sourcing candidates directly through LinkedIn, job boards, communities, and referrals
- Experience working with remote teams
- Experience building hiring systems or processes from scratch
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
Preferred
- Startup, eCommerce, agency, or fast-growth company experience
- Experience using ATS platforms and recruiting tools
- Experience creating onboarding systems
- Experience managing hiring metrics and reporting

- Within the first 90 days, you will:
