Real Estate Cold Caller — Vacant Land (Full-Time, Long-Term)

We're a US land investment company hiring full-time cold callers. The work is simple and repeatable. You call landowners on our dialer, follow our script, and log the ones who are interested. We provide the leads, the dialer, the phone numbers, the script, and full training. You bring clear English and a good attitude on the phone.

What you'll do:

Call US landowners using our automated dialer (we provide everything)

Follow our proven script and ask if they're open to selling

Log interested sellers and their key details into a simple form

Keep a steady call volume each day

What we're looking for:

Clear, easy-to-understand English

Confident and friendly on the phone, with thick skin for cold calls

Real estate cold calling experience strongly preferred (US real estate a big plus)

Reliable high-speed internet, a quality headset, and a quiet place to work

Dependable, coachable, and looking for a long-term home

Pay: $4/hour, full-time, 40 hours/week , Plus bonus for deals we close from the leads you produce. Top performers grow into team-lead roles with bigger bonuses.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM US Eastern. This is an overnight shift in the Philippines, so only apply if you can fully commit to those hours.
