Job Title: GoHighLevel + AI Studio Fulfilment VA Needed ASAP

I run AI Services Essex, a UK-based business helping local service businesses with smart websites, GoHighLevel systems, AI automation, review systems, chatbots and Voice AI.

I am looking for an experienced GoHighLevel + AI Studio fulfilment VA who is available now.

This is not a general admin role.

I need someone who can take client projects from onboarding through to completion, work from SOPs and onboarding forms, set things up properly, test the work, and prepare the client for handover.

You must already be confident with GoHighLevel and either have AI Studio experience or be comfortable working inside AI Studio now. Please do not apply if you have no experience or confidence with AI Studio website builds.

Main responsibilities may include:

* GoHighLevel sub-account setup
* AI Studio website builds
* cloning and customising existing website templates
* updating websites from client onboarding forms
* creating service pages and location pages
* setting up navigation and dropdowns
* building About / Why Choose Us sections
* contact forms and smart forms
* lead notifications
* CRM setup
* pipeline / opportunities setup
* missed call text back setup
* review request automation
* review management setup
* website chatbot with AI assistant
* AI chatbot knowledge base setup using client services, locations, FAQs and business information
* appointment booking / calendar setup
* Voice AI receptionist setup
* Voice AI testing and optimisation
* automated review responses
* database reactivation campaigns
* legacy client review campaigns
* domain connection
* Google Business Profile connection where required
* mobile checking
* testing and QA before client preview or handover
* joining client setup / handover calls where needed

The right person must be:

* detail-focused
* reliable with deadlines
* able to follow SOPs carefully
* able to read onboarding forms properly before starting
* confident enough to work independently
* careful enough to ask good questions when something is genuinely unclear
* able to check their own work before sending it back
* comfortable working with UK clients and UK time zone deadlines
* comfortable being involved in client handover calls

I do not need someone who guesses on important technical setup or needs constant handholding. I need someone with enough GoHighLevel and AI Studio skill to own the fulfilment process properly.

Some projects are smaller website / CRM / review / missed call text back setups.

Other projects may include chatbot, appointment booking, Voice AI, automated review responses or database reactivation.
