About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Full-Charge Bookkeeper who is fluent in QuickBooks Enterprise with Manufacturing & Wholesale features. This is not a basic data-entry position — we need someone who understands the full bookkeeping cycle, can work independently, and brings real accuracy and attention to detail to the job every single day.
What You Will Be Doing
- Reconciling credit card statements and ensuring charges are posted to the correct accounts
- Managing the full chart of accounts and keeping the books clean and current
- Building and maintaining item lists, including inventory items and inventory debt tracking
- Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Running month-end and year-end close procedures
- Generating financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) for ownership review
- Supporting inventory costing and manufacturing/product assembly entries in QuickBooks Enterprise
- Identifying and correcting miscategorized transactions
- Coordinating with the owner and any external CPA as needed
Must-Have Requirements:
- QuickBooks Enterprise Manufacturing & Wholesale — this is non-negotiable. You must have real, hands-on experience with this specific version, not QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks Pro.
- At minimum 3 years of full-charge bookkeeping experience
- Strong experience with credit card reconciliation across multiple accounts
- Experience with inventory management and item list setup
- High attention to detail and ability to catch and correct errors independently
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional work environment.
Nice to Have:
- Experience working with a U.S.-based retail or product-based business
- Familiarity with manufacturing or wholesale inventory workflows
- Prior experience supporting a small business owner directly
