About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Amazon PPC & Performance Advertising Manager to own and scale paid media across a growing multi-brand Amazon portfolio.
Amazon Ads is the core of this role. You will lead strategy and execution across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands (including Video), Sponsored Display, and stay ahead of Amazon’s newest ad formats and betas.
Google Ads and TikTok Ads support Amazon growth and are important secondary channels.
This is a hands-on senior role for someone who has already managed and scaled Amazon advertising at a high level and wants full ownership of performance.
What You’ll Be Responsible For Amazon Advertising (Primary Focus)
Own end-to-end Amazon PPC strategy and execution
Manage Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Brands Video, and Sponsored Display
Build scalable, structured campaigns across multiple ASINs and brands
Launch and scale new products with ranking-focused strategies
Optimize bids, budgets, placements, and keywords daily
Conduct ongoing search term mining and keyword expansion
Implement defensive and offensive keyword strategies
Improve ROAS while controlling and reducing TACoS
Align advertising with listing quality, pricing, promotions, and creatives
Test new Amazon ad formats, betas, and AI-driven features
Google Ads
Manage Google Search and Shopping campaigns tied to Amazon
Protect branded search traffic
Drive incremental Amazon sales via attribution-based campaigns
Optimize for efficiency and intent, not vanity traffic
TikTok Ads
Support top-of-funnel growth for selected products
Launch creative-led test campaigns
Understand how TikTok fits into Amazon demand generation

Efficient scaling of profitable ASINs

Clean, well-structured ad accounts with clear logic
Required Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on Amazon PPC experience
Proven success managing Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Brands Video, and Sponsored Display
Experience managing large monthly Amazon ad budgets
Strong understanding of Amazon’s algorithm and ad auction mechanics
Data-driven decision-maker with a performance mindset
Comfortable working across multiple brands and product lines
Experience with third-party Amazon PPC tools
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Preferred (Nice to Have)
Amazon DSP experience
Google Ads and Amazon Attribution expertise
TikTok Ads experience
Experience scaling brands to 8-figure+ annual revenue
Familiarity with regulated categories (beauty, supplements, adult, personal care)
Awareness of emerging Amazon AI features and ad innovations
