Are you good at building emails lists?

Looking for someone that is exceptional at generating leads for an email list.
I am hosting a webinar in the next few weeks, and want someone that is good at marketing to get people to attend the webinar. All different types of online marketing would be helpful. Skills in setting up webinars would be an added bonus.
