As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated, highly skilled Web Developer to join our team to help maintain, optimize, and build high-performing web assets for our clients.The Role

We are looking for a "problem solver" who lives and breathes WordPress. This role is not just about building; it is about maintaining and improving the sites our clients rely on every day. You will be responsible for ensuring our clients' websites are fast, functional, and optimized for conversion.

Because we are an agency, you will be interfacing with multiple platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Wix, etc.) and will need to communicate clearly with our team and, occasionally, our clients.Key Responsibilities
WordPress Expertise: Perform routine maintenance, update plugins/themes, manage custom coding, and troubleshoot complex site issues.
Performance Optimization: Fix website bugs, weird formatting issues, and loading speed problems.
Conversion Optimization (CRO): Assist in implementing usability updates, such as strategic CTA button placement and layout improvements.
Landing Page Development: Build high-converting landing pages specifically designed for our paid media campaigns.
Cross-Platform Work: While WordPress is our primary focus, you will work across various e-commerce platforms like Shopify and Wix.
Technical Support: Serve as a reliable point of contact for resolving client-side technical issues.
Requirements
WordPress Mastery: You are an expert. You understand the backend, theme customization, and plugin architecture deeply.
English Proficiency: You must have exceptional written and verbal English communication skills. You need to be able to explain technical concepts clearly to our team.
Agency Experience: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and understand the need for quick, accurate, and reliable updates.
Problem-Solving Mindset: You enjoy the "detective work" involved in troubleshooting a broken site or a misbehaving plugin.
Reliability: You are available to work full-time hours (Monday–Friday) and are responsive to communication.
