Social Media Manager – Remote (Philippines)

TexasTurf Outdoor Specialists is a premium artificial turf and outdoor living company based in Texas. We transform residential backyards, commercial properties, and golf spaces with professional-grade synthetic turf, custom putting greens, pet-friendly systems, and complete outdoor designs. We are a family-run business built on craftsmanship, Texas pride, and a commitment to quality.

We are looking for a full-time, remote Social Media Manager based in the Philippines to grow and manage our presence on Instagram and Facebook.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Post daily content to Instagram and Facebook
- Edit Reels and short-form videos from raw footage we provide (before/afters, project walkthroughs, installs)
- Create Instagram and Facebook Stories
- Respond to comments and DMs in our brand voice
- Build and submit a monthly content calendar for approval
- Prepare a basic monthly analytics report (reach, engagement, follower growth)
- Assist with TikTok and YouTube Shorts as the role grows

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- 2+ years managing social media for a product-based or home services brand
- Strong video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere, or similar)
- Ability to write compelling English captions that match a professional, premium brand
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and scheduling tools (Later, Buffer, or similar)
- Organized, self-motivated, and responsive -- this is a full-time role
- Experience with Canva or similar graphic design tools
- Bonus: Experience with landscaping, home improvement, or outdoor living brands
- Bonus: Experience growing accounts organically from under 5,000 followers
