Bilingual (English/Spanish) Credit Repair ISA - Cold Caller

Elevate Financial Group LLC is looking for an aggressive, high-energy, and empathetic Bilingual (English/Spanish) Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to join our team full-time. Your main responsibility will be outbound cold calling to individuals with debt or credit challenges and converting them into warm leads/appointments for our senior closers. You must be able to switch between English and Spanish seamlessly.

Responsibilities:

Make ---------- outbound cold calls per day to provided lead lists.

Speak fluently and professionally in both English and Spanish with prospects.

Handle objections smoothly regarding debt, credit, and financial struggles.

Educate prospects on how our services can help them resolve their debt and elevate their financial situation.

Qualify leads based on their financial needs and schedule consultation appointments on our calendar.

Update lead status, notes, and call logs accurately in our CRM (GoHighLevel/HubSpot).

Requirements:

100% Bilingual: Native or near-native fluency in both English and Spanish (Written and Spoken).

Minimum 1-2 years of outbound cold calling experience (Experience in US Credit Repair, Debt Settlement, or Real Estate wholesale is a HUGE plus).

Exceptional verbal communication skills with a confident and persuasive phone presence.

High emotional intelligence and empathy (Talking about debt requires a supportive, non-judgmental tone).

Experience using dialers (Mojo, BatchDialer, CallTools) and CRMs.

Quiet workspace, noise-canceling headset, and reliable high-speed internet.

WAGE/SALARY: > * $4 - $6 / hour + Commissions per kept appointment/close (Full Time).
