Experienced Freight Dispatcher (Cargo Van & Sprinter Vans)

TLS Logistics Services is looking for an experienced freight dispatcher for a long-term partnership.

Requirements:

• Experience dispatching cargo vans and sprinter vans

• Experience using DAT, TruckStop, or other load boards

• Comfortable calling brokers and negotiating rates

• Strong communication and organization skills

• Must be available during U.S. business hours

• Must have a solution for drivers who do not have their own MC authority

Preferred:

• Ability to place qualified drivers under your company’s MC authority or through an established MC partnership program

Responsibilities:

• Find and book loads

• Call brokers and negotiate rates

• Dispatch and communicate with drivers

• Track pickups and deliveries

• Handle rate confirmations and paperwork

Compensation:

• Percentage-based partnership

• I provide the drivers and marketing

• You handle dispatching and load booking

• Long-term growth opportunity

I currently have 20+ drivers and am looking for a reliable dispatcher who can help scale operations nationwide.
