Behind every real estate deal that closes smoothly, there's someone making sure every detail is in place. We're looking for that person.
Our US-based investment team acquires and sells properties regularly, and we need a Transaction Coordinator VA who understands that the work they do directly impacts whether deals succeed or fall apart. This isn't a background role — it's a critical one.
What you'll take ownership of:
Transaction management — coordinating timelines, tracking critical deadlines, and maintaining organized deal files from start to finish
Property due diligence — researching county records, reviewing title information, and confirming data is accurate before decisions are made
Document acquisition — proactively reaching out to county offices and real estate agents, tracking requests, and following up until everything is received
CRM integrity — ensuring every contact and deal record reflects the most current and accurate information at all times
Bookkeeping support — keeping expenses categorized and organized in Excel or QuickBooks
