JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role:
· Fully-Remote
· Comfortable with EU timezone

Claeritas:
We help international companies with:
· CITES permits (wildlife / exotic materials)
· EU import/export compliance via the Netherlands
· Strategic trade & logistics planning
----------

We already work with a Research & Lead Generation VA who builds high-quality target lists. Your job as Outreach & Appointment Setter VA is simple and focused:
· Turn those lead lists into conversations and booked calls.
· This is a long-term, part-time role, with potential to grow in hours and responsibility.

Main Responsibilities
• Use existing lead lists for structured outreach (email / LinkedIn style).
• Send polite, personalized messages using templates and your own judgment.
• Follow up systematically (multi touch, not “send once and forget”).
• Identify the right decision makers and book intro/discovery calls directly into the shared calendar.
• Add clear notes for each lead (what they do, why they might need us, interest level).
• Keep statuses updated in Google Sheets / simple CRM (New / Contacted / Follow up / Booked / Not a fit).
• Work closely with the Research VA:
• tell them which leads/segments are strong or weak,
• Suggest improvements to message templates, subject lines, and follow-up timing based on what’s working.
• Share what you see in replies and calls so we can sharpen our pitch and objections handling.
You do not close deals, negotiate, run ads or spam. You do not use high-pressure sales tactics or push for outcomes beyond booking a call.

Ideal Candidate
• A proactive communicator who gives short updates without being asked.
• Proven experience in B2B outreach / appointment setting.
• Used to working from structured lead lists / CRMs.
• Can show examples of outreach you’ve done (cold email, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Writes clear, polite, concise English.
• Organized, reliable, consistent with follow up.
• Likes working with templates, systems and writes SOPs, and can improve them over time.

Beyond skills, we work best with someone who communicates proactively and respectfully with the team: flags delays early, asks questions before going in the wrong direction, and shares short updates without being chased. If you’ve worked in a small remote team before and enjoyed the trust and autonomy that comes with it, you’ll likely do well here.

Tools & Schedule
Tools:
Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs) ClickUp, Notion
LinkedIn for checking profiles (no mass automation)
Optional: AI tools (ChatGPT / Perplexity) to draft/refine messages
Schedule & pay:
10–15 hours per week, with some overlap with EU daytime. On mon-tue-wed.
Rate: depending on experience.
Weekly payments to start; monthly after a 2-month probation once stable.
Possible bonuses for consistent qualified appointments and useful feedback that improves lead quality.

How to Apply
In your subject line or first line, please mention the word 'CITES' so that we know you have read the job post carefully.
Apply only via OnlineJobs.ph, not via my linkedIn, and include:

Short intro: who you are + your B2B outreach / appointment setting experience.
1–2 examples: type of outreach you’ve done + tools used (CRM, Sheets, email tools).
Short writing sample (3–5 sentences):

email

inviting them to a short call about CITES / EU trade compliance.
Your expected hourly rate, available hours per week, and typical PH schedule.
