Operations Manager & Community Director

OPERATIONS MANAGER & COMMUNITY DIRECTOR

Part-Time | 25-35 Hours Per Week

We operate multiple organizations including:

• The Feminine Flip – Real Estate Education & Coaching Company
• Rise Again Housing – Nonprofit Organization
• Investifyits – Housing Operator & Real Estate Investment Company

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager who can help support our students, community, nonprofit initiatives, and real estate operations.

This is NOT an entry-level VA position.

We are looking for someone who takes initiative, solves problems, communicates professionally, and can help keep multiple organizations running smoothly.

Responsibilities Include:

• Managing online communities (Skool)
• Welcoming new students and answering basic questions
• Posting engagement content, polls, reminders, and announcements
• Supporting live Zoom events and bootcamps
• Researching speakers, funding partners, and community resources
• Managing business inboxes and follow-up communications
• Calendar and project management
• Google Drive organization
• Supporting nonprofit administration and research
• Coordinating vendors, contractors, utilities, and property-related projects
• Maintaining SOPs and operational systems

Required Experience:

• 5+ years as an Operations Manager, Executive Assistant, Community Manager, or similar role
• Experience supporting coaches, educators, membership communities, nonprofits, or business owners
• Strong written and verbal English
• Excellent organization and follow-through
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
